Hello Oak Grove Parents/Guardians,
I hope you had a great Spring Break! Students returned to school energized and ready for the 4th and final quarter of the school year. We have seven more weeks of school and we have a lot of exciting end of school year events coming up! The last day of school is June 9 and that is also the day for our 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony. Please mark your calendars. We will be sending out information about Cap and Gown as well as the 8th grade field trip in the coming weeks.
Probation letters were mailed out on Wednesday the 19th to parents of students with a GPA below a 2.0. We also mailed out letters inviting parents of students who achieved Eagle Excellence and Honor Roll to our 3rd quarter award assembly which will take place on Thursday April 27, 2023 at 8:05 a.m. in our school gymnasium.
Join me in congratulating Leonardo Amir Macedo Cardoza in receiving the Sunrise Award sponsored by the East County School Leadership Charter Region 18 on April 20. It was an honor to present this award to Amir. This award is in recognition of him rising to the challenges and continuing to push himself to give his very best each day and be determined to succeed! Reminders:
- Registration is open for next school year. Please log on to ParentVue https://sdhome.sdcoe.net/jamul/PXP2_Login.aspx and complete the Online Registration for the school year 2023-2024. All students attending our school next year need to re-register and upload the proof of residency documents as well as the other forms
- Drinks other than water are not permitted at school
