Our school is participating in the annual Kiwanis Toy and Food Drive. If you would like to make a donation to help a family in the community, please send unused and unwrapped toys as well as non-perishable food items to the school office or your students' classroom. The last day to send items is December 15th. Thank you to those of you that have already made a donation. Your generosity is greatly appreciated!
i-Ready Assessment Reports were mailed out this week. These reports contain the results of Math and Reading assessments taken earlier this school year. The letter provides an explanation of what the test results reflect. Please contact your students' math or english teacher with any questions or for resources.
Oak Grove students and teachers showcased our students' creativity and dedication in Art and in Spanish elective classes. Thank you parents for bringing your students to speak about their projects at the board meeting. Art photo courtesy of our Art Class.
Our Spanish class learned the history of the Alebrijes and they created their own. Their Alebrijes were displayed for students to see in the school library. (see photo of Alebrijes)
